Yee Clan Association Website Publication Policy & Guidelines.

Contents and images intended for this Website must be:

 

  • Relevant and consistent with the Association's activities.

  • Scripts must be concise and within the subject matter.

 

Contents will not contain any of the followings:

 

  • Material that is threatening, bullying, abusive, harassing, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, profane, indecent, or otherwise objectionable; or that violates any law or gives rise to any legal liability.

 

  • Material that promotes, encourages or provides instructional information about illegal, fraudulent or unsolicited activities.

 

  • Material that violates or infringes in any way upon the rights of others, including, without limitation, copyright or trademark rights without the prior approval of the owner.

 

  • Material that is political, racial or religious in nature.
